Our day-of coordination package includes comprehensive coverage on the day of your event.

Around 4-6 weeks prior to your event, we’ll contact you to get as much information as possible – including number of guests, venue details, contact information for vendors and more. From there, we’ll create a detailed timeline for your rehearsal (if applicable) and wedding/event day.

We will keep in contact with you and all necessary vendors leading up to your special day.

We will be available for a one hour rehearsal as well as full-day coordination for your wedding/event day.
